The menu offers well-crafted options such as savory sandwiches, vibrant salads, and satisfying breakfast items, often accompanied by fresh, complementary sides like yam fries. Additionally, the restaurant is noted for its inviting ambiance, making it a pleasant oasis for travelers. Overall, Floret is recognized for its consistent quality, thoughtful flavors, and excellent customer experience.
The Black Bean Burger and the Portobello Mushroom French Dip were both delicious. Even without beef, they tasted meaty. The French Dip had Swiss cheese melted just right, and the dip it came with wasn’t too salty and really complemented the sandwich. The Yam Fries were surprisingly good, even better than potato fries at some places. The garden aioli sauce was great as well, though I’m not sure if it’s made in-house. The wait was between 15-20 minutes, so keep that in mind if you’re in a rush. It was a 10-minute walk from our gate, but the reviews were really good, so I’m glad we found the time to stop here.
I had a 1 hour and 30 minute layover at Seattle airport and randomly chose this restaurant. Ended up really enjoying the salad, and the bartender was super friendly. A great surprise during a layover.
Such a nice oasis in the airport with vegan options. The winter breakfast scramble with tofu and garlicky greens gave me life for an early flight. Don’t skip on the sourdough bread though!
Truly the best meal I've had at any airport, and very nice service. Looking forward to going to Cafe Flora in Seattle next time I'm in town. I ordered the tofu sandwich and it is was amazing. Seasonal soup was delicious too. 10/10 would recommend for anyone, not just vegetarians/vegans. Flavor and quality is there.
Roxi & Jessi were so friendly! Would definitely come back just for their friendly energy. The French toast was (chef's kiss). Will definitely come back for breakfast!
It a restaurant near B gates(Delta) with options for both sitting and quick take outs. I got the simple egg sandwich for take out. It’s premade but you can ask them to warm it up.
Fantastic! I am not normally one to eat at an airport but the menu here is great and the service is no different than you’ll get at cafe flora. Even the prices are very agreeable for an airport in one of the most expensive cities in the country. Very attentive, friendly, and warm waitstaff. And everything was sooo good and fresh! Even if you just stop by for a latte, it’s really the go-to cafe at SEA. And then you aren’t supporting the other coffee shops which are morally questionable and not that great : ) Also, they fry with canola oil.
I just had a 10/10 experience. With an hour layover I decided to have a seat at the bar and the service I received over lunch today was phenomenal. They have a lot of moving parts and a lot of pressure to get people their orders and food/drinks quickly. From the whole team I saw determination and calm and quick hands but an ease about them. Lots of direct communication and a lot of thank you’s between the staff. My oat milk cardamom latte was the best of the best and I’m a coffee snob. My sandwich with garlicky greens - so tasty and I’d order it again and again! If you ever experience the same, I encourage you to tip well, as these people have put in the effort to show up and serve you well! I took a chai to go and it’s one of the happiest decisions of my afternoon. Well done. Well. Done. Thank you. I am happy this place exists and they set the bar high!
